Q. How long does a vehicle inspection and diagnosis
take?
A. Normally if the vehicle is running, the
road-test, the basic physical inspection
and the computer scanning of the vehicle
takes approximately 20 to 40 minutes. We
have a customer waiting area or in most cases
can shuttle you to your home or office while
your vehicle is being serviced. There is
no charge to you for the vehicle inspection
and diagnosis in most cases when repairs
are performed.
Q. What happens if the inspection/diagnosis
about does not show the problem?
A. At this point we may suggest you have
an RDI done. In this case the transmission
is Removed, Dismantled and Inspected
to find
the internal problem with the part
of the
unit that failed and the costs involved
to
repair it. The charge for the RDI is
labor
only to remove, dismantle & inspect
the
unit.

A. Yes, we give you a written form of our findings
& recommendations and a detailed
estimate
of the costs before any work is done
on your
